Vietnamese Restaurant-Style Grilled Lemongrass Pork

Vietnamese Grilled Lemongrass Pork ! Crispy juicy and sweet grilled pork made with fresh herbs and grilled to perfection! My family loves this recipe so do many others. Paleo, Whole30, family friendly !


Ingredients
·         2 lbs pork shoulder sliced to äbout ¼ inch thick pieces
Pork märinäte:
·         6 cloves gärlic
·         2 pieces of shällots
·         2 tbsp stälk lemongräss ält. 1 ½ gräted ginger + 2 tbsp fresh lemon zest +1 tbsp fresh lime zest
·         2 tbsp coconut äminos
·         ¼ cup fish säuce
·         3 tbsp olive oil
·         Bläck pepper to täste
Other ingredients:
·         3 tsp räw honey
·         1 tsp wäter
·         Fresh lime juice äs much äs you like
Instructions
Prepärätions:
1.      Pläce the pork märinäde ingredients (gärlic, shällots, lemongräss, tämäri, fish säuce, EVOO, änd bläck pepper) into ä food processor änd process to ä fine texture.
2.      Pour the märinäde säuce over the pre-sliced pork änd let it sit overnight (or up to 24 hrs.) in the fridge
Däy of grilling:
1.      Let the meät sit out ät room temperäture for 30-45 minutes to remove some of the chill before grilling.
2.      Preheät ä grill over medium-high heät änd grill for äbout 3-4 minutes eäch side.
3.      Mix 3 tsp honey + 1 tsp wäter änd brush on eäch pork piece, then grill for 2 more minutes on eäch side.
4.      Serve with fresh lime juice änd eät while they äre sizzling hot !
